At Bloom AI University, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our paid programs and courses.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of program and how far you have progressed:
- Full refund: Requests made within 7 days of enrollment, provided less than 15% of the course content has been accessed.
- Partial refund (50%): Requests made within 14 days of enrollment, provided less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
- No refund: Requests made after 14 days of enrollment, or if more than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
2. Institutional and Partnership Programs
Refunds for programs purchased through institutional partnerships or bulk licensing agreements are governed by the terms of the specific partnership contract. Please contact your institution's program administrator for details.
3. Free Programs and Resources
Many of our courses and resources are offered at no charge. Since no payment is involved, refunds do not apply to these offerings. You may unenroll from any free program at any time.
4. Certificates and Credentials
Once a certificate or credential has been issued upon successful completion of a program, the associated fees are non-refundable. Certificate verification services remain active regardless of refund status.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@bloomai.university with your full name, registered email, and the program name.
- Include your reason for requesting a refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Refunds for payments made via UPI, net banking, or cards are handled through Razorpay and may be subject to their processing timelines.
7. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy in cases of documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Changes to This Policy
Bloom AI University reserves the right to update this refund policy. Any changes will apply to enrollments made after the effective date of the update.
