1. About Bloom AI University

Bloom AI University is an educational institution offering professional certificates, credentials, and AI competency training for working professionals. We are not a degree-granting statutory university. Certificates issued by Bloom AI University represent successful completion of professional development programs and should not be misrepresented as academic degrees.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice.

3. Enrollment and Access

• Free courses: May be accessed by any registered user. We reserve the right to change access terms with reasonable notice.
• Paid programs: Access is granted upon successful payment. Enrollment terms, duration, and cohort schedules are specified on the course or program page at the time of enrollment.
• Institutional programs: If you enroll through an institutional partnership, additional terms from your institution may apply.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Use our Services for lawful educational purposes only
• Not share, redistribute, or resell course content or materials
• Follow our academic integrity guidelines in all coursework and assessments
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Bloom AI University and other users
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or their underlying infrastructure
• Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform
• Treat fellow learners, instructors, and staff with respect in all interactions

5. Academic Integrity

Bloom AI University takes academic integrity seriously. Our platform includes AI-assisted learning tools that operate in distinct modes (Learning, Assessment, and Review) with appropriate safeguards. You agree to:

• Submit only your own original work for assessments and assignments
• Not attempt to circumvent assessment integrity measures
• Use AI tools within the guidelines provided for each activity
• Properly attribute any external sources used in your submissions

Violations of academic integrity may result in grade penalties, certificate revocation, or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, curricula, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the platform are owned by or licensed to Bloom AI University and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any original content you create and submit through the platform (e.g., assignment submissions, discussion posts). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for platform operation, grading, and educational improvement purposes.

7. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements as determined by the instructional team. Each certificate includes a unique verification code and public verification URL. You agree not to forge, alter, or misrepresent any certificate or credential issued by Bloom AI University.

8. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and are subject to their terms of service
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• GST invoices are generated automatically for all paid transactions
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

Bloom AI University provides educational services “as is” and makes no warranties regarding specific career outcomes, salary increases, or professional advancement resulting from the use of our Services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other reasons with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases, but we will honour any certificates already issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, or as mutually agreed.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
